In 1948, India and Sweden embarked on a journey of collaboration, innovation, and friendship that has withstood the test of time. The relationship between India and Sweden is driven by common economic interests, mutual commitment, and shared democratic values. The year 2023, is a very special year for India and Sweden marking 75 years of India - Sweden’s bilateral relations.
As India holds the G20 presidency while Sweden is the EU presidency, thereby making it a golden opportunity for further supercharging this partnership. Hence, there could not be a more opportune time to reinforce the strength of this partnership. With technology playing an integral role in India’s big leap towards AatmaNirbhar Bharat, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has been at the helm of nurturing an ecosystem for technology adoption, Intellectual Property (IP) facilitation and industrial innovation. With this in view, CII is taking an Innovation & IPR Mission to Sweden between 09-12 October 2023.
The mission will serve as the perfect expression of our commitment to deeper engagement comprise of Business Leaders, Academic Institutions, Research Laboratories, Startups and Entrepreneurs from India.
