Indian Companies' experience in working with global customers indicates that agile way of working is helping organizations to build better, faster & cost-managed business applications in a more resilient manner. Agile practices are also empowering remote teams to respond quickly to operating, business & environmental changes and effectively manage risks.Not only this, businesses are challenged to be more agile adjusting to frequent changes. All these software’s have a bunch of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in it which actually help overcome the obstacles of the current situation.

The Confederation of Indian Industry has been engaged in sensitizing industry, government functionaries , Institutes and other stakeholders about creation , protection , commercialization and enforcement of IP through seminars, workshops, discussions/webinars and publications for almost a decade. Continuing the trend, this year CII is planning to conduct a series of Webinars on Learn how Agile way of working is helping organizations in building , 'purpose aligned IP driven software'. The first in the series is planned to be held on September 23, 2020 at 1600 hour in Collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services. This would be followed by webinars by other industry experts.
