CII has conducted conference with Judiciary in association with the State judicial academies on Intellectual Property Rights. The primary purpose of the interactive sessions were to focus on issues and challenges, which the Judiciary is expected to address in resolving IP disputes in view of the changing scenario of technology and trade policies and development of the law on the subject. CII hold the two conferences with Judiciary in Chennai & Maharashtra. Both the conferences witnessed presence of more than 40nos of district & senior Judges as participants.
