IP Services

Intellectual Property Facilitation Centers (IPFCs) at Indore, Mysore and Gandhi Nagar were established by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) with the support of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. These IPFCs primarily cater to the Intellectual Property Service requirements of MSME enterprises all across the states of Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Gujarat respectively.

The IPFCs are equipped with State of Art IP Search and IP Service Support Facilities. These centers were established with the objective to enable MSMEs to understand, identify Intellectual Property for competitive advantage. IPFCs provide services such as IP protection, IP awareness and training, counseling and advisory services to help MSMEs to identify intellectual property in their day to day business and leverage it for business advantage.

The CII – Andhra Pradesh Technology Development and Promotion Center (APTDC) is promoted by CII, Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC) and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. On the other hand Tamil Nadu Technology Development and Promotion Center (TNTDC) is jointly promoted by CII and Government of Tamil Nadu. These centers were established with the objective to create IPR Awareness and Training Programmes, IPR Advisory Session, IPR Protection Facilitation all over India.
