Special Recognition of Law Firms - CII Industrial Intellectual Property Awards 2026

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as Terms) shall apply to and govern the 11th CII Industrial Intellectual Property Awards - Special Recognition of Law Firms (hereinafter referred to as Awards) organized and conducted by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

CII shall mean and include its affiliates, verticals, Award Partners, sponsors, knowledge partners, process partners, agents, representatives, directors, officers and employees. CII exclusively owns the idea, concept and format of the Awards.

By accessing these terms and submitting your application, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Applicants are advised to read these Terms carefully before submitting entries.

Applicant understands and acknowledges that:
  1. It is legally competent and capable of participating in the Awards.
  2. Participation does not guarantee recognition or monetary consideration.
  3. All submitted information is owned by the applicant and does not infringe any rights.
  4. Applicant is responsible for any infringement claims and indemnifies CII.
  5. Participation is voluntary and CII is not liable for any losses.
  6. CII may use submitted content for promotional and display purposes.
  7. CII may modify or withdraw the Awards or Terms at any time.
  8. Withdrawal must be informed one week before the final ceremony (December 2026).
  9. Participation fees are non-refundable.
  10. All disputes fall under jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
  11. Applicant indemnifies CII against claims, damages, and liabilities.
  12. CII may disqualify any application without assigning reasons.
  13. Jury decisions are final and binding.
  14. One application applies to one industry segment only.
  15. Submitted documents will not be returned and remain confidential.
  16. Award categories may be modified, merged, or cancelled.
  17. Final eligibility is at the discretion of CII.
General Terms and Conditions
  1. Participation implies acceptance of these Terms.
  2. Applicant confirms all financial sources are legitimate.
  3. CII may modify Terms without prior notice.
  4. Award categories may be cancelled if no suitable entries are found.
  5. CII is not liable for disruptions beyond its control.
  6. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  7. CII is not responsible for lost or damaged applications.
  8. Additional verification or site visits may be required.
  9. False information may lead to disqualification and penalties.
  10. Final determination rests with Jury and CII.

CII does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services, and is not liable for any damages, data loss, interruptions, or inaccuracies.

Participation in or winning the Awards does not constitute endorsement by CII.
